Dress code is casual but consider bringing a sweater or light jacket. The breeze in Waikapu can be cool in the evenings, and Chef’s Table is located outdoors in a covered, open-air lanai.

No, we do not allow guests to bring in their own wine. We have taken great care to create a wine list that complements and enhances your dining experience.
The Chef’s Table event begins promptly at 6:00 PM and finishes around 9:00 PM. We encourage you to arrive early to the Maui Tropical Plantation. Join us in the Mill House Bar for a pre-dinner drink or stroll the amazing plantation grounds. The scenery and views cannot be matched.
